100% virgin polypropylene PP Fiber Mesh Form For Concrete Reinforcement
Instruction:
1. Length : The commonly used fiber length in concrete is 20mm, and the commonly used fiber length in shotcrete is 10mm
2. Ratio Design: Usually the fiber content of concrete is 0.9kg/m3, the fiber content of bridge waterproof layer is required to be 1.35-1.8kg/m3, the tunnel spray concrete is the same, and other materials remain unchanged. Among a series of active composite materials such as silica fume, pulverized coal, grinding slag, zeolite powder and fiber, fiber has a relatively good effect on concrete.
3. Mixer Adoption:Double-axis horizontal compelling mixer and self-dropping cylinder mixer, Double-axis horizontal compelling mixer is better,self-dropping cylinder mixer is used,too.
4.Mixing process: The crushed stone, fiber, sand into the blender. Stir normally for two minutes, until the fiber is fully developed, then add cement and water, and stir. Usually the material can be put in as usual, but the mixing time should be extended to ensure that the fiber can be fully and evenly mixed.
5.Stirring Time: The purpose of mixing is to make the fiber fully spread into monofilament or net fully spread, so after adding the polypropylene fiber net, the concrete mixture is usually stirred for 2-3 minutes.

Applying Instruction:
1. Length : The common fiber length of concrete is 20mm while shotcrete is 10mm.
2. Ratio Design: Usually the proper amount of fiber to concrete is 0.9kg/m3 , and the water-proof layer of the bridge requires 1.35-1.8kg/m3, and the spray concrete in the tunnel is also the same and other materials remain the same.
3. Mixer Adoption: Double-axle horizontal compelling mixer is better and self-dropping cylinder mixer can be used, too.
4. Mixing Process: Crushed stones, fibers and sands are put into the mixer in succession. After stirring for two minutes, fiber will fully spread and then add cement and water and stir normally. The addition of materials also can be put into as usual, but the stirring time should be properly prolonged to make fiber completely mixed.
5. Stirring Time: The purpose of the stirring is to make fiber fully spread into monofilament or the net fully spread, so generally the stirring time is 2-3minutes after the addition of polypropylene fiber-mesh.
