Product Description
PP fibre Undee form can be instead of steel fibre in cement concrete for anti-crack. Easy to disperse and construct.


Features

1. Improve the supporting performance and bonding performance of concrete to produce effective secondary strengthening effect; Provide high residual strength of concrete and improve the durability of concrete;

2. Coarse fiber is most suitable for shotcrete, which can reduce rebound, reduce cost, form a thicker shotcrete layer, significantly improve bending strength, easy pumping and will not damage mechanical equipment.
3. The strength of synthetic macro fiber is not as strong as that of steel fiber, but the experiment shows that under the same conditions, each cubic meter concrete needs 3kg-6kg of synthetic macro fiber, while steel fiber needs 25kg-40kg. The results show that the concrete with macro synthetic fiber has better toughness and anti-microcrack effect.

Suggestion of Additive rate: 5.4kg fibre in one cubic meter concrete. (not less than 2.7kg/M3)
